By accessing or using the Orion Network platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

The Platform is intended for use by authorized employees, contractors, and clients of Orion Network LLC. Access credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

You agree not to misuse the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, interfering with the Platform's operation, uploading malicious content, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by Orion Network LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
5. Data and Content
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant Orion Network LLC a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orion Network LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
7. Termination
Orion Network LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
Orion Network LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
